Brandi Lucid

Licensed Florida Adjuster & Lightning Loss Claims Specialist

Brandi specializes in the personal property and contents side of lightning and power-surge claims, where careful documentation can make the difference between a partial inventory and a complete presentation of the loss.

She works closely with clients to identify damaged electronics, appliances, household items, business equipment, and other affected property; organize receipts, model and serial numbers, purchase information, and supporting records; and build a clear, detailed contents inventory for claim review.

Lightning losses can be especially difficult because some items fail immediately while others show intermittent or delayed damage. Brandi understands how to slow the process down, ask the right questions, and help clients account for items that may otherwise be missed.

Her role is to bring structure, accuracy, and personal attention to a complicated part of the claim, while coordinating with CJ on the building, structural, and overall public-adjusting strategy.

Becky

Claims Documentation & Processing Specialist

Becky is Brandi’s longtime trusted assistant and provides the detailed behind-the-scenes support that keeps complex personal property claims organized, accurate, and moving forward.

With experience in claims processing, records organization, and paralegal-style document support, Becky helps gather and track receipts, invoices, photographs, model and serial numbers, correspondence, inventories, and other supporting information needed for a thorough claim presentation.

Her attention to detail helps protect the integrity of Brandi’s work by making sure important information is preserved, deadlines and follow-up items are tracked, and documentation is assembled in a clear, orderly manner.

Together, Brandi and Becky provide clients with a dependable personal property team focused on careful documentation, responsive communication, and making sure the details of the loss are not overlooked.

Carl “CJ” Lucid

Licensed Florida Public Adjuster | Structural Damage & Complex Claims Specialist

CJ brings more than two decades of hands-on experience in insurance claims, estimating, construction, restoration, and large-loss property damage evaluation.

He specializes in the structural and building-related side of lightning and power-surge claims, including roofing, electrical systems, HVAC equipment, fire and smoke damage, resulting water damage, mechanical systems, and hidden conditions that may not be identified during a limited carrier inspection.

CJ’s background allows him to evaluate a loss from both a claims and construction perspective. He understands how damaged systems connect, how incomplete inspections can lead to missed scope, and how to build a clear, well-supported presentation of the full structural loss.

From straightforward residential claims to complex, high-exposure commercial matters, CJ leads the overall claim strategy, coordinates the structural investigation, reviews carrier findings, and makes sure the building damage is documented with the strength, detail, and experience the claim demands.
